CANCELLATIONS

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note: any Rush Processing fees are non-refundable.
• After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

Because each item is made-to-order, processing begins shortly after purchase to ensure timely production. For this reason, it is very important to review your order carefully before completing checkout.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Once your package has been dropped off and accepted by USPS, it is officially in the hands of the shipping carrier and is no longer under my control.

After this point, I am not responsible for:

• carrier delays or processing times
• late deliveries caused by USPS
• lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your order directly.

If any issues arise during shipping, such as delays or missing packages, you will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim or request further assistance.
